What freshness tells you

The last update time tells you how recent the information on a page is. Check it before comparing scores or deciding that chests are missing.

An old update time does not mean the clan has no activity. Collection may be paused, waiting for a game login or two-factor code, still running, or short of credits. Some reports also need time to calculate after collection.

Collection and calculation are different

Collection brings new chest records into Runekist. Calculation applies your clan's scoring rules to those records. A recent collection can therefore appear before the scores finish updating.

Changing scoring rules can update scores without collecting any new chests. While a report says it is calculating or updating, wait for that work to finish before treating its totals as final.

If the report stays out of date, follow Data is missing or out of date. Members can ask a clan leader or superior to check collection settings.

Clan Capital status

Clan Capital data updates with chest collection. The time shown is when Runekist last successfully read the capital, including reads made before this status was introduced.

  • Stale: the last successful update was more than three hours ago. This does not promise a new update every three hours.
  • Paused: collection is paused.
  • Unavailable: Runekist could not get an update, or updates are temporarily unavailable.

These states keep the last known amounts visible. A recorded zero means no resources were seen; a missing amount means Runekist does not have a reading. Reports and reward requests may require more recent information.
