Recognise the symptom
One person may appear twice, reward chests may sit under an unfamiliar spelling, or a source name may point to the wrong membership.
Check the progress ID and full SUID under Leadership → People → Members. A matching name or old name correction does not prove ownership. The player can find their SUID under Account Progression in Total Battle.
If the approved identity is wrong, leadership must use Game player link to unlink it with a reason and review the correct player. Existing history stays unchanged; contact support for discrepancies in earlier periods. A name or title change alone should update the displayed name without relinking.
